Bookmark horizontal layout

I need to display the set of bookmark functionality (select, add, delete) on one line.

Add is easy to do with a macro via a pop-up box for naming the bookmark.

Select and delete are easy IF you know the name of the bookmark.

With screen real estate unaffected by the economy, I would hope QV will get on this.

Until then, has anyone done this before, or are there good ideas on how to build a select list for select & delete of bookmarks?

Note: cannot use ShowBookMarksBar because it misbehaves on 64-bit machine/web.

Help appreciated & if I get this solved I'll post it!
