Calculate Difference In Pivot Table

Hello

I have a pivot table with 4 dimensions and 1 expression.  I would like to calculate the difference between two periods and have the calculation as the last column of my table.  I have attached a screen shot but can provide more info if required.

Would really appreciate any help that can be provided.  Thanks in advance.QV Picture.JPG
