I have a pivot table that lists an amount for the year and month, and my objective is to calculate the month over month percent change, as well as the year over year percent change.
This is the expression I'm using to calculate the YoY change is as follows. Please note that I'm using the column label for this expression. The
"Amount"/Above("Amount")-1
The problem I'm having is with adding an expression for the MoM percent change. I have not found a way to create the expression referencing the Month dimension specifically. I'm sure there's probably a simple way to do this that I don't know about. If anybody could shed some light on this, it would be most appreciated.
