Calculation in pivot table

Hello,

I want to create a pivot table like this :

                         Week1     Week2     Week3

Stock                    10          30               40

Forecast                20          50               70

Production              40          60              80

Result                    30          40               50

Result = stock-forecast+Production

Stock of Week2 = Result of Week1, stock of Week3=Result of Week2, etc

Is this possible ?
