Calculation of Rating

Guys,

I am having employee's rating monthly wise. I need to show these ratings into two halves like first half and second half.

For the first half, 1st six months and for second half, 2nd six months. I have to consolidate all the six month ratings and need to show for each half. But the problem here is each employee has different date and I need to show dynamically. Please help... and also share some script code to achieve this.

Can you provide sample data in excel file (10 to 15 lines would be OK)

Based on the file you have provided, can you give us little description about what you want to achieve and which date field we have to use?

Based on the appraisal from date and to date, I have to show all the employee's rating for six months, i.e it should be the aggregate value of six months. I need to show current rating and previous rating for each employee.

current rating - last 6 months

Previous rating - previous 6 months to current rating
