Hi I want the Week in the format as given below.
ie...Week will depend on Thrusday ie if Thrusday is on 7/31/2014 than the week will lie in the same month as on july.
In case it is on 9/4/2014 than it will lie in sep and the week will also lie in sep.

That will be the solution for weekstart.
My question is on Thrusday when it appear at last.
Than that week will be considered with thrusday.Otherwise it will be same

pardon me I am not getting the issue correctly but it seems you need some RND across Calendar,
well I can suggest you to create a Inline table with Date and NEW_Month mapped with Date field with your database. Manually you can change numbers as desired with your logic mentioned above ("Week will exist in Month" based on Thursday)
and NEW_Month column will be your output.
as laymen just create a INLINE Master calendar as per your desired output for 10 Years and use it with your Data Model.
