Call a Variable in Label!!!!!!

           I want a cal variable  in my label but the thing is my label is Dynamically changes how u can create for that one

           can u plzzzzz help me

your requirement is not clear. can you explain a bit more possibly with some data?

Hi,

In label text box just give

=variableName

or

=$(variableName)

This will work, if this is not you are expecting then come up with an example.

cvi_remarks	remarks
startdate	date
IVRDURATION	Duration

see I have Dim And Label when am using cvi_remarks i want show the label remarks only like. that...............

i don't want hard code  by using the variable it self we can do

Hi,

Can you attach some sample file, it helps to give solution quickly.  How you are using the Dimension?  Are you using any Cyclic or drill down group? 

Try this expression

=Only({<DIm={'startdate'}>} DIm) this will give you date as label, if you have table with DIm and label columns.

HI ,

If you have limited dimension then you can use the if startement for that

Eg.

If((Dim='cvi_remarks','remarks',Dim='startdate', 'date',Dim='IVRDURTION','Duration' )
