I don't understand the question, but the answer is probably no. If you create a document with QV PE it can be reloaded an unlimited number of times by you (on the machine you created the document) or by any licensed QV installation. If you want to disable reloading you should add section access and remove the reloading privilege on the security tab of the document properties window. But that doesn't make much sense if you're using QV PE. You'd be the only user anyway. Perhaps you should simply make a backup copy.
I think my question was not precise... As such i don't want to suffice any purpose.. It's just if we can do such thing or not... Moreover I think we can do this if somehow I can get the value which tells me how many time have I done a reload in one application...
