You can use a Qlik Tool called Qlik WebConnectors (available on Qlik Downloads site). That is provided free of charge in case you are having issues loading the data from Teams. As @Beamer25 suggested, you could have the file integrated on a Sharepoint site to facilitate fetching that file.
Alternatively, you could use PowerShell to connect and dump the file programmatically for you.
