Can QV do Corep, Finrep and XBRL Reporting?

Hi all,

A client of mine is currently investigating the possibilities for using QlikView as the reporting tool for regulatory reporting standards Corep and Finrep. They have looked at Cognos Disclosure Management for this but since they are satisfied with QV they would like to have the possibility to generate XBRL reports with QlikView. I wonder if there are anyone out there who knows something about this?

I know that Cognos Disclosure Management, SAP BPC and Oracle's Hyperion Suite can do this. Unfortunately I have not found any information about solving these issues with QV.

I would be happy for any help you guys can provide!

Hi,

As far as I know, there are QlikView connectors for XBRL meaning XBRL can be used as a data source for QlikView, but there is no way to output in an XBRL format.
