Can Qlikview work with DYNAMIC allocation of CPU and RAM in VM??

Or it has to allocate DEDICATED CPU and RAM to QlikView instance?

Qlik needs dedicated hardware. This can be dedicated virtual hardware, as long as it is dedicated.

understand, but that is more for Qlik Server, I am talking about Qlikview desktop version on VM, does it still require dedicated hardware??

Yes, it does. No sharing of CPU and RAM.
