Can anyone help me decide on right tool to film Q-Where video?

I'm trying to create a demonstration of my first implementation of Q-Where and I set up a US state map, but I'd like to make a video of the process.

Does anyone know what kind of software I should use to demonstrate the application, good screen capture software to illustrate forming the map constructs in QlikView?  Demonstrating in Ajax seems to work ok, and no extensions or plug-ins involved, but I want to put down some videos to document the process.  I think a video would read much better than static screenshots, to see the interactivity with the map, and how to connect the visual keyfield components of the map to other sectors of the data model.    Any thoughts?
