Can we add moving bar in any Dashboard

Hi,

I am attaching one application, if we assume this is a dashboard, then in that can we add moving bar just like we have in Stock Exchange, where you able to see rolling bar either on a bottom or at a upper side of a screen where comparison of a stock with last day is available with downward(Red) or upward(Green) arrow. If my dashboard if provides a real time updates then i can compare the performance with last day for same time and after clicking on to the dimension i will get the details in graph below...

Please suggest whether it is possible in Qlikview.

In attached application if I get a scroll bar where channel wise submission is shown..

Thank you very much for your help...

I have gone through the links which you have provided but by this I able to move the Text written in text box , but thing which I what to achieve little bit more complex like comparison of achievement or showing out-come of a query...can I get more complex e.g,

Secondly to perform this task I need to open Qlikview in a webview so if I want to productionise the dashboard how to handle this scenario..pl suggest.
