Can we get the label of chart object or or text object as data and put in variable?

I have many charts and button to download(labeled as "DL ANR") document in specific folder base in label of chart object(labeled as "E34 EQM").

Can I get the label of chart object as data and assigned it in variable? then used the variable in expression?
