Cannot log onto Access Point

Hi

I've given a new user access to one of our Qlikview Models.

I've allocated a Document CAL to the user and added him to the Windows Group allocated to that Qlikview model.

But the user receives the error attached when ever trying to access the model on Access Point.

Any idea why?

Regards,

Magen

Some test you can do before getting mad!

find the ip -> ping the name -> ping the ip -> test both are on the same network

Hi Magen,

Make sure your server isn't using DHCP and has a static IP address.

Thanks
