Change background color to light blue

Inside of bar chart I want the part of the background to have light blue color from value 800 and up.

How do I do it in expressen only?

I am not sure whether I understood your requirement fully. Please check the attached file. I have changed the background color to blue if the count is more than 800. This is done by expanding the expression and setting the background color.
