Use Another Text box and apply red color and overlap with this current text box,

You can't have different font size and different color or text style in a single text object.

You either have to use an extension for it

(Minimalistic) HtmlTextBox Extension

or use the technique provided by MayilVahanan

I'm using this extension and have successfully changed the colour fro part of text in QV application. But I'm unable to view the color change on the access point. Do I need to set any properties in order to activate this.
