Changing the colour of the text in a charts

Hi, how to change the colour of the bar chart values.That is in the below chart , how to cahnge the text color of 2001,2012 and 2013 along with the heading  yead_id? (For both bar and pir charts)

Go to presentation-->Lezend setting

there you can change the color

For expression label:

Try

Chart Properties -> Axes tab-> Change Axes Color and Font

If you want to change the color for legends, try this

Chart Properties -> Presentation-> legend settings

Go to chart properties >> Presentation >> Legend >> setting and do change there in Font option.
