Chart Format

I would like to format a chart where the x-axis are grouped by Dimensions and is displayed horizontally in the x-axis area. I have to concatenate the dimensions so it can display the actual and forecast measures into 8 bars. If I create 2 separate dimensions, the chart automatically renders as a stacked bar which is not what I want. I am attaching the qv app. Here in this app, I would like to display the x-axis horizontally like below. Any thoughts ?

Just check Grouped instead of stacked (subtype section) in chart properties / presentation

Yes, i do have substype as Grouped but the chart renders it as a stacked. Please look at sample A table of the attached QV app. Sample B is how i would like the chart to look like. However, I need to format the x-axis to appear horizontally like the one in sample A.
