Chart Property - Layout tab

In QV 11, I opened the attached sample file, on Dashboard tab, right click on the table Fiscal YTD Sales, and in Chart property -> layout tab, there are 'Use Borders' option, and Rounded Corners option. But I want to add borders to my own chart in my own application, I got the following screen for chart property with no option to 'Use borders'. Any idea?

     Setting -> document properties->Styling mode -> select Advanced mode
