Charts not giving proper results for large set of data!

Hi All,   we have a large application of about 5 GB size. there is one straight table chart which holds the sales data. as a month end activity we need to extract a large amount of data from this chart. It appears that when i put a lot of account numbers( say 1000 Account numbers) in to the selection field at a time, I do not get sales for few account numbers. when I go back and search for only those account numbers for which i dint get sales information in the first attempt, they populate the sales information correctly. I am not able understand why this is happening. there is no specific condition in the chart which limits the number of rows. any suggestions? please help. Thanks in advance. Jyothi

Hi,

Can you tell me how you search for 1000 accounts you specified above.

hi Ashfaq,

i m selecting first 900 to 1000 entries in the dropdown list just by dragging the mouse. these are random account number selections.

Tks

I'm not sure that the way you are selection works 100% accurate.

You can have a look at attached application and can implement the same.

hope it helps

The reason could be on the data relations / data model level rather than on the chart level.

Can you upload a reasonably small version of your app which allows to reproduce the issue?

extract meaning by sending to excel? Maybe you go over the 65000 rows limit.
