Check_verify_values month to month

Hello guys!

I dont know how to calculate:

• Fires
• New Hires

I have 2 tables (A & B)

Table A (People and Projects)

AA          alfa

BB          Beta

CC          Gamma

DD         Epsilon        

Table B (Date and Project)

    Jan                  Beta

I would like to Know the new hires and the fires  for each month

So in february the guy " CC" doesnt work and the guy "DD" is the new hire in the team (1 hire + 1 fire)

I would like to grapgh the hires and the fires due to are the same people working in both months but are different people

Help me please!!!!
