Chrome Browser Problem

Hi all,

I have a problem with Chrome browser. Access point doesn't work and i can't see my Dashboard.

Is there any configuration that i can do to solve the problem?

I have to install a plugin to see my dashboard in right mode?

Try clearing your browser cache.

Access Point works best with IE browser. Can you please attach the screenshot of Chrome browser error.

I don't see any problem with Chrome browser. I have been using in couple of projects and there is no complaint. which version of chrome you have & QV server as well ? What is not working ?

IE works best for access point and QMC.

Install latest IE plug-in for Qlikview.

What is your IE of Qlikview server? What is your IE version of accessing machine?

The only problem I have seen recently with Chrome is if it is not passing through the authentication.  If that's the case and the dashboards are just for authenticated users you will not see anything.

Hi,

to work with Chrom, you have to enable "Full Browser and Small Device Version" in the publisher task. With out them you don't see any dashboard in Accespoint.
