My Requirement is to create a Bar chart with Dimension as Time Interval (0 -1 ,1-2,2-3)

with expression as % of MAR closed with in 1 hour based on Different column

I don't understand your requirement. What field should be used as chart dimension?

I guess Kumar means ALT_TIME.

You can you class or interval match to create the time intervals in the load script. And then use the newly created field as a dimension.
