Clear Feature Not Working

Hello,
In my application, there are few filters
which are being set when user clicks on a button on the first page. But despite
of clicking on 'Clear' button those filter are not getting reset. Any idea why?

Please help.

Hi,

Try like below,

Goto properties>remove Always selected one selection under it...

Perhaps the 'clear state' has been set to something other than cleared.

Click menu Selections | Reset Clear State to reset the clear state.
