Colour the cell of the highest value

hi all,

I'm wondering if there is a way to add colour to the highest value in a report.
For example:

Amount for Jan- 100
Amount for Feb-200
Amount for Mar-300
Amount for Apr- 225

So then on the report the value or month is highlighted a different colour?
