Column level data filtering using section access

Hi,I am new to qlikview,I have the below requirement.....using section access I have to filter the column level data.

below is the source table.

F1   F2  F3 F4 

A1  B1 C1  D1  

A2  B2  C2  D2

A3  B3  C3  D3

A4  B4  C4  D4

after using the section access.I need data below format

	Fld for access	Value from	Value to
USR1	F1	A3	A5
USR2	F2	B1	B5
USR3	F1	A3
	F2	B3
USR4	F1	ALL
	F2	B1	B10
	F3	C3	C7
	F4	D5	D7
	F5	All

please do the needful..its very urgent requirement.
