Combine multiple rows per name(level/account owner) in straight table

Hi All,

i have a table like below

and in above chart assets owner name is printed multiple time.

but i want it print only one time and ramming output of above table should same as above(straight table only).

ex: instead neil print 3 times it should print once at a time.

please suggest me how to solve this issue.

Hi SNR,

Since you have 3 entries in 'Software Name' field for each Asset Owner, so the name is repeated 3 times.

You can try  creating a pivot chart putting 'Asset Owner' as first dimension and on, then the name will be shown only once.

but in my case they need only straight table only.

if i taken another field called account owner it will showing properly 

what we want please suggest us.
