I have two tables (Items and Countries) with one single column on each table:
Countries
I need to merge both tables in one resultant table that has all the possible combinations of both tables:

| Item_2 | Germany |
| Item_3 | Germany |
| Item_1 | UK |
| Item_2 | UK |
| Item_3 | UK |
| Item_1 | USA |
| Item_2 | USA |
