Combining Static Data With Dynamic

I create a Line Chart and use Count() function to calculate vlaues over time form another QVD file that contains data from Jan 2012 onwards.

I need to append above static data to the begining of the line chart (as it is) and show calculated values from 01/2012 onwards.
