Combo chart expression is not on the correct place of the dimension

Hi, 

I built a combo chart with 2 dimensions (Market and Year) and 2 expressions (% Actual and Target).
As you can see below for each market and year there is a target that shown as a blue dot.
However, instead of being presented in the middle of the bar (2021 against 2021 and 2022 against 2022) it been shown between the years.
How can I fix it?
By the way, when I'm changing the chart to pivot I see everything against the correct year
