I have an issue while doing the caclulation to find out the concurrent user (per Application, per vendor and Per Applion &Vendor )

For Example I have the Above data and I need to find out the max Concurrent (at certain point of time ie. vary with timing ) user for Application A , For Vendor X and for Application A & Vendor X (combindely).
