Conditional Coloring in Block Chart

I have below Block chart, Is it possible to put conditional colouring in the below chart.

Ex. if Bldg size>=1300 color=red

I tried the color wizard in the Edit Groups section , but the final expression has errors. Qlikview file attached herewith

Hi,

as per @Lisa_P ,you can use " Conditional coloring in the Expression + background color." or use the "Color mixwizard" option also to apply the colors based on the conditions.
