Conditional Data on chart

I am extracting two fields, one being sales_order_qty, and the other stock_qty.

Can I produce a pie chart that will show only 2 figures, one where stock_qty-sales_order_qty >= 0 and then where <0.

I am trying to display a red/green visual indicator of sales orders that we cannot fulfil with current stock.

You need to clarify your goal a little bit - are you counting products the total Sales Order Qty > Stock Qty? Or Orders with those products?

What's your level of detail? Do you need to compare detailed numbers or aggregated results?

All those questions will determine the kind of solution that might help your problem...

What I'm trying to show by quantity is where we have enough stock to meet customer demand, so where there is enough stock those records are shown in green and where there isn't enough stock they are shown in red.

The user can then click the red records to see which parts are causing a problem.
