Conditional Dimension

Hi,

I'm using a straight table with multiple dimensions.

I want to create a sub category for one dimension.

e.g- A,B,C,D,E are the dimensions.

I want to have A1,A2,A3 Dimensions with expansion like format under A and when user expands it, can see them.

Can Anyone suggest?

Thanks.

Hi,

Attached a sample example.

Child Data missing in Z, Child Data not exists should not display rather i want them under Child Data in P not in Z dimension. There should be expand like option after which i can see prior two said dimension.

Thanks.

Hello Gtripathy,

Reading from your post I assume you also need to see the numbers for that expended dimension also.

In that case you need to create a mapping of Main dimension to Sub category. This you can do either in external file or using inline (if not many values present in Main dimension).

Hope this helps..
