Conditional back ground color

Hi All,

I want to change the back ground colour of my chart table according to the value.

For example for Profit < 100 and > 85 ----Yellow.

Profit <85 and > 50 ---------------orange

Profir< 50 --------------------Red

And when the Profit is more than 100 but less that 500 -------White

Profit > 500 ---------------Green with alert.

As of now i can set for three conditions.

Could anyone please help me to get this in QV?

Thanks & Regards,

Mahasweta

If it's a Gauge Chart you can add any number of segments.

And in case of Pivot Table and straight table, maximum of 3 colors only you can set, i think.

Hi Durai,

One quick check please.

Here am getting the back ground color for the data. But am observing one thing here as the column name lable also getting the background color , which i dont want.

Means if i have more red back ground color then the column heading also getting the back ground color as red.

Could you please guide me how to remove the color for the column lable name.?

Thanks,

Mahasweta

Hi,

If you use straight table instead of pivot, then back ground color will not come for column name.

I don't know ,how can we remove color on pivot table.

Thanks,

Durai.

Hi,

If it's important to use only pivot and not minimizing the chart, then you can use text object with always top properties, white back ground, and keep the top of expression name.

But I don't think, this is not a perfect solution.
