Count Issues on particular month

hi  community i m facing the problem but can't get success.

i appreciate for any kind of help from your side m using personal edition

Now i want output like below when i select the particular month in calender.

Output
EmpCode	No . Of Absent
278	1	when user select May In Calendar
278	3	when user select june In Calendar
278	2	when user select july In Calendar

my calender like this

You can transform your Table2 to a table that contains a record per absent date, like discribed in this blog post.

Then just link this table to a calendar, use Month as dimension and count(AbsentDate) as expression.
