Count customer who ordered in consecutive 2 years also in the Current Year

Hi, I have a scenario where I have to find the no of customer who ordered consecutive 2 years also in current year.

For eg. customer who ordered in 2014 and 2015 and also in 2019, or 2015 and 2016 also in 2019 and so on.
