Countif between

Hi,

please help me with expression.

I have invoices for all different cities with any value CZK.

I can sum values for every city,than i can count cities by distinct, but i cannot count cities with sum value between two target values.

For example Paris and Viena have their sums in rank 20 000 - 35 000,so i need to write "2".

Could you please suggest concrete function or little trick for this expresion.
