Create Bookmarks that are only visible to the user who created them

Hi, I would like to allow Developers and Contributors create bookmarks that will be visible to all users of an app, and allow Consumers to create bookmarks only visible to the Consumer who made it.

Also, is there another way to be able to allow Developers and Contributors to create a bookmark in a published app that is only visible to the user until it is promoted to be visible to all?

I’ve seen this in the security rules but I can’t find documentation to find out more about it. What is the purpose of a hiddenbookmark and how can I use this?  resource.objectType = "hiddenbookmark"
