Create Expression to only show new account numbers used

Hi there,

At the end of every month I want to generate a report which only shows the new accounts (Dimension [Account No]) that placed an order but never did so in the past. I'm reviewing a 48 month horizon. 

Note that I want to use the 'Expressions' in the chart rather than implementing a solution in the 'Load Script'.
