Cross Dimension Calculation

Dear All,

I have a below requirement wherein I want to calculate no of policies booked for a particular LOB.

For Eg. I have a customer who has booked policy for Fire and Health, So the count under FIRE & MOTOR would be 1.

Kindly Provide some solution ASAP as it is an urgent req.
