Cross Table and Load Scripts

Hi I have a load script which takes a while to load, and was wondering if there is a better way to do it?

It does several cross table loads to eventually get 1 table in the format I need.

Please find attached my scipt

It goes through every spreadsheet in a folder and perfroms several corss tabs to give me the comluns I need and then joins them together.

Hope that makes sense.
