CrossTable Data Issue

I have a strange issues I'm hoping someone can help me out with.  I have an Excel file with Budget information on it.  I'm using a CrossTable function to bring the data into my QlikView application.  I have three columns:  MonthYear, CostBudget and Warehouse.  The Warehouse field is a text field, although there are some numeric values.  A few examples are GFCA, 001, 730, 730M, and 6501.D.  The issue that I am having is that the warehouses have mixed alphanumeric values (like 730M and 6501.D) are not being loaded.

Has anyone experienced this issue?  Any suggestion to fix this issue?

Can you post a sample excel file that gives the result you describe?

Unfortunately I can't post the excel file.  If the values for the warehouses are blank on the spreadsheet, will they not be brought in?

try reading the warehouse value as text using the text function
