Crosstable doesn't work

Hi guys,

I have an exel file like this:

ABCDEFGHIJKL
4884331561548154848421815128412451

and I want this:

TypeValue

A

48
B843
C3156
D15
E481
F548
G484
H218
I15
J128
K412
L

451

So I'm using Crosstable to do this:

Crosstable (Type,Value, 0)

Load A,

     B,

     C,

     D,

     E,

     F,

     G,

     H,

     I,

     J,

     K,

     L

From ...

but it doens't work, and the result is a table equal to the source.

I don't understand why.

Hi,

yesterday I was stuck on doing a Crosstable without a qualifier column (like what you have here).

try to take your file and insert another column before the column A, insert any value on it.

when doing the crosstable on the Wizard, choose the new column as the qualifier column.

at the end of the script, you can drop this field.

drop field field_name from table_name;
