Cummulative data display

Hi All,

I have the data on Date level Sales and Dept Details.

I want to show the Dept Details based on SalesDate slection.

If I select SalesDate value - ToDate 12/31/2015, I want to show all the Dept Details of 2015.

If I select SalesDate value - ToDate 1/31/2016, I want to show Jan/2016 Dept Details.

If I select SalesDate value - ToDate 2/29/2016, I want to show cummulative of  Jan/2016,Feb/216 Dept Details.

If I select SalesDate value - ToDate 3/31/2016, I want to show cummulative of   Jan/2016,Feb/216,Mar/2016 Dept Details.

How to achieve this?

Hi Manish,

I need to display count(Dept) for current year and previous year also in a text boxes.

I have other sheets need to change based on SalesDate Selection.

How to achieve this?

Please advise.

I have other sheets used SalesDate. Is it possible to achieve without alternate states.
