Current Selection

Dear All,

Could any one help me how to restrict the number of fields in Current Selection to be Seen.

Ex: If in multi box i am having a field as

Sales with 100 records then i can limit the records as 20 to be visible by resticting the number of records,

Can this be possible in Current Selection box as i dont see any option there.

Please Suggest.

Restrict a field or number of rows in a field? In the current selections box the only way I know of not showing fields is to use the hide prefix in the script.

Or you could create your own "current selections" box with a text object.
