Custom Total Row

Hi

I have a pivot table that shows factored forecasted sales values.

These show up just fine in the pivot table.

I do not want the normal "total" row, because I want to see the total of the factored number, and also exclude values that is on 20% or declared lost.

Is this at all possible?
