I'm getting incorrect format after loading this Excel Sheet.
I'm Getting 1/01/1900 or 1/01/1899 DATE is getting. The Month, Day and Year everything is wrong on my dashboard.

attach excel or tell us what the num value in a datecell are. You should load the data as date(yourdatefield) as datefield or idé the date# function

This happens when qlikview don't able to recognize the data type of field .
You can check each cell has same format of date or put where clause while pulling data with minimum year.

Santosh is right, it happens when Date field is not recognized by Qlikview, By using date# function and by passing your date format(that i think is MM/DD/YYYY), you told Qlikview to change the string into Qlikview date,because Qlikview provide many function on date, after that this value can also be converted in dual format.
