Dashboards don't load on Browser after upgrade to v11 SR2

Hi Guys,

I am facing an issue..

I just upgraded to V11 SR2 and when I try to access the access Point externally using IE it keep showing loading....

When the app was on V10 SR3 everything used to work fine.

anybody faced the same problem? and any idea on what should I check.

Access point is showing normally on Firefox and Chrome.

Hi,

      In version 11 QlikTech has stopped IE plugin and also stopped support for that.

     So i would recommend that you should use Ajax.

I am using Ajax and on the QMC the setting is : checked on Full Browser and small Device Version

     Yes Full Browser is nothing but Ajax mode.

Yeah but that doesn't help. it is not working on IE..

Thats what I said Alec, IE no more supported in Version 11. So you must use Full Browser.

Do you mean all my clients should stop using Internet Explorer to view the dashboards?

I know that they might stop supporting the IE Plugging but Internet Explorer can run using AJAX, doesn't it?

Yes, Internet Explorer can be used without IE plugin.

Ask your users to uninstall the IE plugin and use the reports.

Hi,

This is driving me crazy

I am able to access the dashboard normally on Firefox and Safari and Chrome.

I didn't find the IE Plugging on my programs to delete it.

May you please guide me on how to uninstall the plugging.

     Go to control panel and program and features. Here you will find the IE plugin, Just uninstall it.
